Hi, my name is Kayla! I specialize in working with the parental population, transitioning into motherhood, parental burnout, women’s issues, and individuals with OCD, Anxiety, PTSD and Postpartum complexes. I am pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Adventist University. My passion lies in helping individuals foster a safe space for their journey and development toward becoming whole.
My techniques are grounded in client-centered and multicultural theory, meaning I focus on developing a secure and inclusive space to explore your individual and dynamic experience. I also pull heavily from reality and choice theory, meaning I aim to aid individuals in choices to meet their basic needs effectively and create positive, fulfilling outcomes in their lives.
