Jenna McLaughlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a Masters Degree in School Counseling. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, teenagers, parents, and families supporting a wide range of neuropsychological needs. Jenna provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focusing on the here and now, teaching Mindfulness, while using a person-centered approach.
Jenna seeks to help individuals with life transition adjustments, self-esteem issues, impulsivities, challenges, and much more. She fully understands that every person is unique. She meets each individual client where they are and works collaboratively on achieving goals for desired changes. She believes that bonds can be built with people through trust, encouragement and respect in a nonjudgmental safe space.
